Adult Education classes in Cake Decorating are now available at Marle Place, Leylands Road, Burgess Hill.

The classes are aimed at all abilities with a Beginners, an Improvers and an Advanced class. All areas of cake decorating are covered from coating a cake in sugarpaste, making sugarpaste models, runouts, brush embroidery, coating a cake in royal icing and extension work. The classes are practical and fun with lots of one to one guidance from an experienced tutor, and run for 20 weeks.
